All my items are custom made just for you and hand painted to order and depending how many orders I have in progress, take approximately 6 weeks to make and ship. (this is subject to change due to the amount of orders I receive each day).

2. Let me know if you would like your pet's name on your urn, by adding it to the personalisation section
3. Then send me a nice clear photo of your pet (preferably a close up of their head and shoulders)
