Hand painted clay ceramic beads x 50 mixed shapes, colours, sizes. Hand made and painted in Peru by artisans in Cuzco and fairtrade (bp599b)

A random mix of 50 hand painted ceramic beads from Peru at a bargain price! This photograph shows some of them, but they will be a mix of small and large and different colours, shapes and designs. It's hard to believe but each of these beads has been hand painted and the detail is incredible. Some of them have traditional geometric designs from pre-hispanic motifs whilst others have tiny llamas and herders meticulously hand painted on to them.
Since the size and shapes vary so too do the holes ranging from 1-2mm to 3-4mm. (Guide only). Please note that these mixed beads are also sold per 100 - visit our shop to see the listing.
Tumi began importing hand made ceramic beads from Peru a long long time ago along with many other hand made items from across Latin America - starting small and always concentrating on the relationships with the craftmakers, we marketed our goods in the UK.
