Burt Bear - For when your arms just aren't long enough, and they are simply too far away!
Burt is part of my Hug in a Box range.
He is approximately 40cm long when his arms are open wide. He is 15cm tall and sits snugly in his box which is 18cm x 13cm x 12cm.
Each Burt Bear is made out of fleece with felt features, bead eyes and stitched detail, and is lovingly handmade by me!
He is a collectable soft sculpture, not a toy for a small child due to the small beads for eyes.
I made my first Hug to send to a friend when she was feeling a bit down, I was too far away to give her the hug she needed so I sent one in my place! Each Hug comes in his own little box with message (see photos) so when the recipient lifts him up his arms pop open in a hugging gesture... He makes the perfect little gift to a friend or loved one who lives so far away that you just don't see often enough, or to someone who just needs a good ol' hug!
