Keepsake Bear, 18 Memory Bear, Memorial Bear

Do you have shirts, sleepers, onesies, or receiving blankets that you have saved over the years from a child or a loved one? If you are anything like me you have a small truck load of items that you have saved from the birth of a child or grandchild, a loved one that you hold dear to your heart, or who has passed. This bear is a great way to create a sweet little memento out of your past treasures!!
How does this process work you ask? I am happy to walk you through this process and if you have additional questions please feel free to contact me. You will place and purchase your order. At that time, I will provide you with the address in which you will need to send your clothing articles to. Please make sure that I have a correct address in which to send your bear and remaining remnants back to. Once I have received your clothing articles and we have discussed if there is a certain way that you want the prints/ color schemes to be placed, I will begin work on your bear. Once your bear is complete I will send you preview pics once the bears are finished.
Dependent on the size of the articles that you will be providing will determine how many items you will need to send. If sending small baby clothes i.e. premie, newborn, 0-3 months please provide at least 15 items. I can patchwork with very small items if the need arises. If you are sending 6 months and above please provide 6 items. You can also send receiving blankets for additional fabric if you would prefer. Please make sure that what you send is either cotton or flannel. Silky items will not form correctly.
Turn around time for these bears are 2 weeks from the time I receive your clothing. I will notify you when I have received your shipment and work has begun. Please rest assured I will take great care and pride with your belongings as I know how very special they are.
Your bear will be filled with poly-fill. The eyes and the nose will be back latching hard plastic covered in the remnants that have been provided to me.
Due to the nature of this product all sales are final. Your bear will be 100% custom to meet your needs and it will be made of your clothing items so there would be nothing for me to accept back in the event of a refund being provided. I will pour a ton of love and care into your bear. I know first hand how much these items mean to you!

WARNING: This is a keepsake item, not a toy. Letting a small child play with this bear would be at your discretion as it does have hard plastic eyes and nose which could pose as a choking hazard.
Please note: With all personalization, please add a note to your order where you would like the personalization to be placed and what you want it to say. I have a (25) character limit which includes punctuation, anything over will require an additional charge. You can choose your finish in the drop down area when placing your order. Also please bear in mind there is only a small area for us to personalize so this will work best with initials for longer names. If you want a longer message it will work best on one side of the chest or on either side of the back with a thinner font.
